Vocational, Technical Schools Ready for 10th Grade Leavers in East Shewa

 

Adama, March 20 (WIC)- The Education Department of East Shewa Zone disclosed that seven vocational and technical schools were made ready to receive students who would be leaving 10th grade this year.

 

Department Head Abdissa Taffa said yesterday that the schools were made ready in Adama, Bishoftu, Ziway, Wonji and

Metehara towns.

 

The schools would give training in agriculture, hotel catering, sewing, building construction, electronics and commerce,

Abdissa said.

 

According to him, a total of 4,714 students in the zone would sit for the 10th grade national examination.
